Bethan Alexander PhD. M.Sc. B.Sc. PCLTHE. SFHEA. FRSA

Bethan is a teacher, researcher and business leader with 30 years of experience in brand management, retailing and marketing within higher education and the global fashion industry. She is dedicated to providing academic leadership, innovative teaching and learning and pedagogic good practice to enhance student and staff experience. She has a strong track record in course transformation, pioneering research communities and cultivating collaborations with industrial and professional partners, nationally and internationally. Bethan leverages her extensive industry expertise in brand leadership, business strategy, people management and performance related objectives into academia. 

Bethan holds a PhD in Fashion Omnichannel Retailing and Customer Experience, M.Sc (Distinction), B.Sc (First class) in Fashion Management and Marketing, PG Certificate in Teaching & Learning for Higher Education. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), a UAL Senior Teaching Scholar, Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) and member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
